Python: Rotate image in 5d datacube
When reading in data in python I rotated all imaged by 90 deg and flipped them to have the external program have the same orientation as python.
image = np.rot90(image)
image = np.flipud(image)
Afterwards it gets put into a data cube of the shape (4, 18, 23, 860, 860). This cube needs to be saved into the format that it was before so that when opening it with the original software sees it in the same way. How does one rotate the image in such a data cube? The last two axis are the image axis. np.rot90 does not work at all in this way.
