Centos 7.5 repository seems broken

0

I have a Centos 7.5 machine. I Installed the AMD Rocm software following this guide: https://rocm.github.io/ROCmInstall.html#centosrhel-7-74-75-76-support.
and VSCode using:
https://code.visualstudio.com/docs/setup/linux

I have lots of broken packages in my repository I. e.

sudo yum install texlive* --skip-broken

gives

Install 50 Packages
Skipped (dependency problems) 64 Packages

Also afaik libreoffice should be in the repository, but

yum search libreoffice

yields only

libreoffice-TexMaths.x86_64 : A LaTex Equation Editor for LibreOffice
python-openoffice.noarch : Python libraries for interacting with LibreOffice

My active repsoitorys (yum repolist) are:

ROCm
centos-sclo-rh/x86_64
centos-sclo-sclo/x86_64
code
*epel/x86_64
extras-source/7

Any suggestions what could be done about this?
