How to make Docker service/port accessible from other windows computers in lan

I am running a MongoDb on default port on a windows machine. I want to connect to from other computers in my LAN.
I added a rule to windows firewall but it does not help:

netsh advfirewall firewall add rule name="Open mongod port 27017" dir=in action=allow protocol=TCP localport=27017

(from Mongo DB Doc) The connection is working as soon as i disable the firewall.

I also set the network of the Docker-related devices to private:

Set-NetConnectionProfile -interfacealias "vEthernet (DockerNAT)" -NetworkCategory Private
Set-NetConnectionProfile -interfacealias "vEthernet (Standardswitch)" -NetworkCategory Private

But this neither helped.
How to make this service available within my LAN?
