Azure has disconnected from Facebook. Bot-service

0

After removing admin rights to the facebook app and page from the developer through which the facebook-azure-ourserver link was made,(through the developer account all the binding tokens were generated) stopped sending messages from facebook to our server.

Registered new admin. Did actions:

  1. in the developers.facebook Messenger section, they generated a marker for the TestPage page - its value was recorded in the Page Access Token * field in the Register Bots Channel tab on Microsoft Azure

  2. Facebook app ID, Facebook app secret, Facebook page ID - for which the token was generated in the first item

  3. Copied the call-back URL for the web-hook and the token checking on Azure

  4. Saved, the result is successful

  5. In the developers.facebook Messenger - Web-hooks section checked the checkboxes on 4 events: message_deliveries, messages, messaging_postbacks, messaging_optins and checked
Pages subscribed to by the app: TestPage

  6. In the developers.facebook Webhooks Page in “Edit Subscription” added URL and 3 item bullet

  7. In the azure in section the channel setup checked the end point of the messaging - it has not changed

Messages still do not reach our server. What could be the problem? Please, help!

Appeal written in support of Azura and Facebook.
Facebook said: Contact Azure Support.
Azure did not help because the developer’s support is paid.
