When I unlock and connect my galaxy S8 to my laptop and try to copy a folder named WIN2K that is in 'phonedocuments' I get the following dialog box: please embed
but then this dialog as well as any windows explorer windows freeze and won't close or unminimize.
This is a major windows 10 bug, since it also crashes wordpad when I open a text file in this folder.
I know it's definetley not the file crashing it.
Is there a way to transfer this folder?
The same problem happnes when trying to transfer the whole documents folder and changing the destination makes no difference.
